Life After Food Allergies
Thanksgiving & other holidays usually require a featured entree, such as a Roasted Turkey. Well, I have realized that various health conditions including Autoimmune Diseases cannot tolerate any deviation from dietary modifications. I want you to know that there is life after food allergies, and part of my blog is to provide patients with the knowledge, skills, recipes and understanding to create amazing meals & desserts as there is a whole hypoallergenic and yummy world out there. Many things can be prepared ahead of time so you can enjoy the day of your Thanksgiving Dinner.
